The South Beach Diet -  This very popular diet stresses eating the right carbs, and right fats to lose weight, develop, and maintain a healthy eating style.  This plan can be prepared with either Conventional or Organic Groceries.  Main Dishes - Vegetables - Dessert, & Breakfast Quiches are included.

 

Canyon Ranch -  Many people flock to Canyon Ranch to learn the benefits of healthy dietary & life choices.  The food is nutritious, well balanced, and flavorful.  This Plan uses all Organic Groceries.  Main Dish - Grains, Rice -  Vegetables, & Dessert are included.

 

Weight Watchers - This program has been around for a long time with great success for its clients. A sensible and balanced approach to weight loss, this diet has varied and great tasting menu options –many Canyon Ranch & South Beach recipes work well with WW. Our plan includes Main dish and appropriate sides. Point system available.

 

The following Special Diets and Health Plans are also available- Anti-Candida, Perricone, & Structure House.

 

 

All service plans are based on a regular scheduled cycle and on a single cook session. Our pricing includes all services such as--menu & meal planning, special diet research, groceries, shopping, meal preparation and packaging, labeling, and serving/heating instructions. For all service plans there is a one-time, non-refundable, all-inclusive packaging fee of $75.00. For gift certificates, or one-session clients we will charge a $25.00 packaging fee for each cook session.
