Dietary Programs-
Some of our clients choose to follow a specific eating program or a medically
approved protocol---for example, we have prepared menus using recipes from
Canyon Ranch, Anti-Candida Program (Rotation), Suzanne Somers, Atkins, Weight
Watchers, The South Beach Diet, Perricone, Structure House, & some Macrobiotic.
Low Fat-
In keeping with the latest health trends,
about 90 % of our clients request that we prepare their menus as lower fat-- as a
result, we work to modify Classic & Ethnic recipes to lighter, and low-fat
versions. We can accomplish this by the use of part-skim cheeses, non-fat
condensed milk, the use of non-fat cooking sprays, and trimming the excess fat
off specific cuts of meat.
We would be willing to discuss any nutritionally-balanced program as a
possibility for your special dietary needs, or would be happy
to speak to your doctor or nutritionist regarding dietary goals for you or a
member of your family.

The South Beach Diet-
This very popular diet stresses eating the right carbs, and right fats to lose weight, develop, and maintain a healthy eating style.
We have a few clients on this program who are having great success.
The South Beach Diet plan can use either Conventional or Organic Groceries.
Anti-Candida Program (rotation)
A diet based on controlling yeast,
this program reduces or eliminates specific food items that trigger yeast
growth. We have had several clients over the last four years who have
benefited by going on a
rotation diet program.
The Anti-Candida (rotation diet) plan
uses all Organic groceries.
Canyon Ranch Spa Recipes-
Many people flock to Canyon Ranch to learn the
benefits of healthy dietary & life choices. The food is nutritious, well balanced,
and flavorful. We have several of their cook books and will prepare your meals
based on their dietary guidelines.
The Canyon Ranch plan uses all Organic groceries.
